I don't. BUT make sure he gives everything to you STRAIGHT. Make sure you understand everything he says. Pick his brain down to every last detail.

I am seeing an MD physio tomorrow. Does anyone wonder anything to hit the doc with while I am at it?

Why? Kap, I was thinkin about it, yesterday, and it's so quiet here... I think there are only 2 or 3 of us that are actually ever here, at all. Sad

Well folks, I have taken time off and think the mold thing was the problem, so tomorrow I start my next program and journal for it.

I see so much crap on tv and I was just listening to something on the net. For all who do NOT understand the idea in Nutrition and training...

Your nutrition needs to be set up, thought about and followed to achieve your desired results. Nutrition is your #1 factor in getting fit.

When you see "Results not typical" in little black print, they still forget to mention that people need to do a regimented physical training plan to meet a realistic goal.

People forget that they need to organize their nutrition plan. In so many cases, people have their plan made and it looks great, sounds great but not so great when it comes down to it. In a lot of cases, they need to flip flop their menu to fit their "time of day" or they need to add a better regimented training plan.

Anything to add?

I have this Linux based spreadsheet I designed that is vaguely like Fitday. I set it up so that when a particular database item (food) is entered and the amount eaten it fills in macronutrients. I tried to set it up in Excel in Windows but it didn't work all that well. If anyone can run Linux I could always email it.

Fitday.com I know bigstabile at least used to use. it is a more involved thing, with both macro and micronutrients in foods you enter and an estimate of how they stack up against calorie output in your day based on what you set up your account.

I myself found it a little cantankerous to use. I ended up being on the internet a lot of the time. Sometimes finding the database items was tricky, whereas in my Linux thingy I can research a food and simply guarantee it is in my database.

The USDA used to have a website that would list complete nutrient values but I losts the web link and I suspect that site isn't there or something. I will try and find it again and will clue the board in if I succeed.

Thanks for that link. I went to check it out. I think it's cool to work with. I may try using that, over this next 2 months, since my system has never adapted or adjusted well to the military way of eating. I have to go back to measuring and planning.
