Out of your training experiences.... What is your favorite weight training exercise ...that seems to have produced the best results for you? In the past, my favorite weight training exercise has been: Squats with varied arm exercises, with weight. Only because that was a major FULL BODY workout. It was how I started training and major factor when I lost all my weight 8 years ago. ------- -------------------->> Where there's a will, there is Most Certainly a way. > No Pain, No Gain! deadlift for me. I learned it as my first leg exercise because at the time I could prepare a bar on the floor but didn't have a decent squat setup. I still don't although I improvised my pressing bench to be a standard to unseat the bar. It is my heaviest lfit, I used to be able to probably dead 440lbs. I figured that because I once deaded 405lbs for sets of 3,2,2. I like the look of the trapezius it yields, beastly. I like having sore traps and glutes a day after a great effort. and before my hamstring strain I liked obliterating my shins with heavy weights. My goal is to deadlift 500lbs by year end. |
