Well folks, I have taken time off and think the mold thing was the problem, so tomorrow I start my next program and journal for it.

Happy New Year to all of ya guys!! I hope y'all had a fun BUT SAFE New Year's Eve celebration... I had a HALF of a mixed drink which made me spin, gave me a headache to beat hell..and sat to listen (since opening my eyes hurt) to the chatter between my parents & hubby and my phone sending "shots" (the ringer is a .9 mil firing) until the clock turned midnight. Then, two of my kids called to wish me "Happy New Year & Happy Birthday", my middle daughter called to wishe me a Happy New Year and listen to my hubby and parents singing 'Happy Birthday.' ... THEN, I went to bed and got 8 hrs of sleep. I FEEL OLD NOW. Hope you guys had a great one.!! Let's make this year a good one, here on SM, too.

Ok...For sure on the resolutions, I have a few: - To get my back fixed so I can train again cuz I'm miserable without my pt. - To pick up more clientelle on the fitness front (whether my back is fixed or not) - Just for 2010 to bring more positive than negative!! And...ummm...the sex thing... Good grief, man!!! BUT... in that, tell me... are there any decent females still out there that are worth the time? I'm actually asking since a friend of mine just got divorced (a shocker to him) and is lookin to get back into the dating scene. He was married for 11 years and got lambasted with divorce papers out of now-where...to find out she's seeing a "buddy" that he thought was not going to be a threat of any sort. I'm seeing a girl from work. He's just going to have to be patient and I say he needs at least a year before he dates. Generally, these things are not out of no where...there were warning signs but he didnt pick up on them. Tell him to stay out of bars |

Yeah... I think he's gonna just... try the simple dating MAYBE for a while. He came out to the house tonight. I feel bad for him. He's been like my brother for like 20 years. I love him to death... I just wish it wasn't like this. They have an 11 yr old son, too... it's just a lot. We'll see what happens.

Happy new year too! My resolution is to be back to my preinjury deadlift of about 440lbs, and to crack 500lbs by year end. I was bored totally new years. I tried to get used to staying up late in the days leading up to it, but I felt undead and generally shitty. I am not a relationship person to ask, sorry there. |
